RETURNS AND CANCELLATION  No goods may be returned to the seller without prior agreement. Goods, other than defective goods, returned to the buyer and accepted by the seller will be refunded with the cost of the goods excluding postage and packing. Under the United Kingdom distance selling regulations, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of goods at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. If you cancel an Order after the goods have been delivered, you will be charge full cost of collecting the item.  This charge will be deducted from any refund that is due to you. Where you cancel your Order under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund your money within 30 days of the day you cancelled your Order.  All refunds will be repaid to your credit card. When we receive your Returned Goods, we will inspect them to ensure that they are in perfect condition and within the original packaging and you have taken reasonable care of the goods.  If we receive an item that you have not taken reasonable care of, we shall charge you a fee equivalent to the reduction in the items value. If you wish to return your product, the reason for the return must be given to The Lightbox Company, either by letter, telephone, or e.mail. Returns will be collected by our Courier.
